Maintenance

● Regular Cleaning: The ventilation exhaust hood should be cleaned regularly to ensure its exhaust effect and service life. When cleaning, turn off the power first, then wipe the surface and inside of the exhaust hood with a damp cloth, and finally wipe it dry with a dry cloth.

● Fan Check: The ventilation exhaust hood fan should be checked regularly to ensure its normal operation. When checking, turn off the power first, then manually rotate the fan impeller to check if the impeller rotates flexibly and whether there is any jamming phenomenon.

● Filter Replacement: The filter of the ventilation exhaust hood should be replaced regularly to ensure its purification effect. When replacing the filter, turn off the power first, then open the filter cover, remove the old filter, replace it with a new one, and finally close the cover.

● Pipe Inspection: The pipes of the ventilation exhaust hood should be inspected regularly to ensure that the connections are firm and reliable, and there are no leaks. When inspecting, turn off the power first, then gently shake the pipes to check if there is any loosening.
